1.You may reach our customer service representative regarding to return and exchange issues with items in its original condition within 3 days.

2.If the return is a result of our error or quality issue, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise we will deduct the shipping cost on your refund. Once the item has been used, we CANNOT accept it as return.

3.Promotion sales products CANNOT be accepted as return unless product quality issue.

4.Attach a photocopy of invoice in your package with return reasons and actions to be

taken such as for a refund or exchange.
